Education system in india testes the memory of the individual but not knowledge. Yes it feels bad to hear that but it is true.
In India, people believe if a student cannot get good score in exams, then he will unsuccessful in life. Is this true? Absolutely not. A single sheet of paper cannot decide a person's future.

Why Japan is so successful country? Because they invest in human resource. In Japan, no exams are held until the student is in 4th grade.

If you are feeling like "oh! I got bad marks and according to the writer I will be successful", well sorry to say but it is also wrong.
See, hard work and hustle is the only way to succeed. Nothing great was ever achieved by sitting sit.
